Work with me

Three ways to enter the ecosystem.

Each one is designed to increase clarity before complexity, and presence before performance.

Strategic Clarity, in practice

Engagements start with a question, not a deliverable list — here's how that usually runs.

01

The question

We start with what's actually breaking, not a generic audit — a conversation about where speed, AI, or automation outpaced the system underneath it.

02

The diagnosis

I trace the issue back to its architecture: the data, the workflow, the platform, or an assumption everyone stopped questioning.

03

The build

Then we scope what actually needs to change, in the order that holds — not just the order that's easiest to start with.

Where I help

Automation architecture

Auditing or designing the systems that route, trigger, and personalize at scale — so they stay legible as complexity grows, not just functional on day one.

Data strategy

Structuring the data a marketing or AI system depends on, so every decision built on top of it can be traced back to something real.

AI integration

Bringing AI into an existing stack starting from the actual question being asked — not the model that's available to deploy.

Cross-channel orchestration

Making sure the systems behind different channels are working from one architecture, not five disconnected ones improvised over time.

Is this a fit

This tends to work well when

  • You're past the prototype stage and the system needs to hold at scale.
  • AI or automation is already in production and something feels structurally off.
  • You want someone who pushes back on the brief, not just executes it.

Probably not the right fit if

  • You need a vendor to implement a fixed spec, start to finish.
  • The goal is a quick win with no appetite to touch the architecture.
  • The system is genuinely simple — adding one wouldn't help yet.

Tell me what isn't working yet.

No pitch deck. Just a conversation about where the system is straining.
